We do not provide free consultations. ⸻ VII. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS A $75 cancellation fee applies to any scheduled appointment that is not canceled within the required notice period. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may forfeit their appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply. Appointments are for the scheduled client only. Additional guests are not permitted unless expressly pre-approved in writing. Cell phones may not be used during appointments unless explicitly authorized. ⸻ VIII. PAYMENT TERMS We accept credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and cash as forms of payment. Payment via credit or debit card requires a signed disclosure agreeing not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for any amount charged by our office. We do not accept checks or any other payment methods beyond those listed above. Full payment is required at the time of service unless a written agreement specifies otherwise. We do not extend credit or payment plans unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. ⸻ IX. COMMUNICATION POLICY Calls are returned within 72 business hours unless otherwise specified. Casework and wellness plans are assigned based on priority and medical procedure. Clients shall not demand care handling according to their own preferred timeline. Engaging in our services after business hours (e.g., contacting our office at 10 PM or later) is strictly prohibited. ⸻ X. PRIVACY, DATA COLLECTION & RECORDING POLICY We collect minimal personal data on our website, limited to what is necessary for service functionality and communication.
